The Hotel Niedermair lies 740m above sea level just 1km from Parcines and has a superb view over the health resort of Merano and its surroundings.

It is an idyllic setting, surrounded as it is by meadows and orchards and situated at the foot of the mighty Texel Group, with the variety of trips and escursions that this offers.
