Animals: Please understand that we do not accept pets in the new building out of consideration for people allergic to animal hair. Your pets are welcome in the main building. Access to the dining rooms, the wellness area and the sunbathing lawn is not permitted. Depending on the size we charge between 10,00 € and 20,00 € per day without food.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 2 months prior to arrival - free cancellation.
Up to 1 month before arrival - 30% of the agreed price will be charged.
Up to 15 days before arrival - 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
Less than 15 days before arrival - 80% of the agreed price will be charged.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure - 100% of the agreed price will be charged. If you cancel up to two months in advance, the already paid deposit will be credited for a later stay.
Special cancellation conditions "Covid-19":
Should quarantine become compulsory again in South Tyrol or borders be closed due to Corona, you can of course cancel free of charge at any time.
Check - In: On the day of arrival, your booked room will be available from 3.00 pm. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please inform us by phone.
Check - Out: On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by no later than 11.00 am.
Local tax: The local tax is € 2,60 per person and day and is not included in the room rate. Children under 14 years are exempt from the tax.
Long-term stays: For long-term stays of 21 days or more, we grant a 5% discount.
Reduction for children: Children receive a price reduction if 2 full-paying adults stay in the booked room or flat as follows:
from 0 - 3 years: 90% reduction
from 4 - 7 years: 70% reduction
from 8 - 11 years: 50% reduction
from the age of 12: 30% reduction
Reservation conditions: We reserve the right to require a 20% deposit on the price of the stay for a confirmed room reservation or a deposit of your credit card details as a guarantee. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Short stays: Surcharge for stays of less than 3 days: We charge a 10% surcharge on the overnight price per person.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We charge you plus around 5% of your stay price and all cancellation costs in case of illness, accident or death of one of the travel participants are covered.
